Jacob Thomas – CEO / President / Chairman of the Board – Jacob is a highly experienced executive in the fields of Merchandising/Sales, Business Management, and Real Estate Construction, Development, and Financing. Over the course of his storied career, he has had a wide range of relevant experiences and success stories.. From being the managing partner at “Thomas Radio Funding”, providing, among others, the financial backbone for industry leader KROQ, to developing high value shopping centers in Van Nuys CA; Tarzana, CA; and N. Charleston, SC. Mr. Thomas has led teams to profitability and success. His expertise in the area of retail marketing and positioning will prove extremely helpful as Full Alliance Group, Inc., develops its multimarket strategy.
Rudy Kiste – (CFO) Chief Financial Officer – Mr. Kiste is a multilingual and skilled operations executive, and has extensive international experience with Fortune and Business Week 500 companies in multiple sectors. He is widely respected within the industry. Rudy brings a consistent history of increasing profits, business turnaround and sales/marketing development, utilizing lean technologies with extensive experience with merger/acquisition integration and financial evaluation. He embodies the tenacity, obsession and excellence which is required to build equity in the marketplace.
Rudy has served as a key executive on some of the largest engagements for SEC listed clients and has achieved excellent results via a pragmatic approach incorporating comprehensive business evaluation, developing innovative strategies, maximizing resources, and cutting costs while maintaining optimum efficiency and internal control structure. As Full Alliance Group, Inc. progresses to become a conglomerate of diverse companies, management feels that Mr. Kiste’s skill set is a perfect complement with company long-term objectives.
Mr. Kiste has an impressive resume, having studied at Harvard Kennedy School to Mobilize Your Board / Leading While Governed, and obtained valuable financial training while at Ernst and Young early in his career. More recently, he held senior positions with BDO Seidman in New York and Mexico City, as well as a director with eDelta Consulting in New York providing executive leadership for several venture-backed companies and young start-ups. His vast experience amplifying and differentiating brands aligns perfectly with Full Alliance Group, Inc.’s vision is to build a strong, sustainable and diversified business enterprise.
In addition to his tremendous business experience, he inspires students through academic performance and achievement, and served on various boards of the nation’s most prestigious organizations dedicated to building and advancing leadership through education, graduate management education and professional development.
Dr. Brian Volpp – Director – Dr. Volpp, MD, MPH, is currently Medical Director of San Diego Radiosurgery and practices full-time as a board-certified radiation oncologist at various hospitals throughout San Diego County. After graduating cum laude from Princeton University, where he also won the Kellogg and Kafer Trophies as a four-year varsity letter winner on the baseball team, Dr Volpp continued on academically to obtain both his MD as well as an MPH in Administration. He has published and presented research internationally, and is currently the primary investigator in a study looking at the role of radiosurgery for treating prostate cancer.
Dr. Volpp has also gained board certification by the American Board of Holistic Medicine and is a proponent of integrating alternative medications into conventional Western medicine as he cares for his cancer patients. He will advise management on current acquisition negotiations, that will add multiple revenue producing products to FAGI’s holdings.

Henry Tacsan Ruiz – Director – Mr. Ruiz is a partner with T&S Associates S.A., a prominent accounting and consulting firm located in Costa Rica. Henry holds a master’s degree in business administration and has worked previously as an auditor/inspector for both the Bank of Costa Rica and Deloitte & Touche.
Mr Ruiz has both accounting acumen, and exceptional knowledge of the Latin American marketplace.
David Martinez – Director – Mr. Martinez is well known in the Central American community, most prominently as a philanthropist and an accomplished entertainer in the film, television and entertainment communities. He has been involved in the production of:

David has taught throughout the United States and Europe. David arrived in Costa Rica in the early 1980’s, where he taught classes and courses in several schools: Una, University of Costa Rica, Academia Britanica de Ballet and Norma Jimenez Dance Studio. David also opened his own dance studio, Jazz Plus. More recently, David was a judge on Dancing with the Stars in both Panama and Costa Rica. Many consider David as the pioneer of jazz dance in Costa Rica.
